Made in loving memory for my mother Flora who was born in
Indonesia.
Indonesian batik whole-cloth with raw-edge appliqué, trapunto,
heavy threads bobbin work and added color with paint sticks
and Lumière paint. Machine quilted using adjusted quilting
patterns from Karen McTavish's book The
Secrets of Elemental Quilting: Innovative Quilting Designs
plus Trapunto Tips & Tricks
